Thank you to Funday for an amazing experience at the Korean Sool Festival! We had the opportunity to learn about the distillation process for a variety of different Korean drinks, and then sample dozens of alcohols! It was a great chance to learn about Korean alcohol beyond just soju. Later, we learned how to make Makgeolli, then brought some home. I just tried mine last night, and it was delicious. :)
