-If a traveler cancels a reservation before the start of the trip, cancellation fees may be charged depending on the timing of the cancellation notice. 

 

-Business hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and cancellations outside of business hours will not be processed and will be excluded from the cancellation fee calculation. 

 

-The cancellation time is based on the time recorded in the 'My Page' section when canceling the reservation. 

 

-For changes to the reservation details, please contact the inquiry center ([email protected]) to discuss the changes. 

 

-Refunds are not possible for no-shows or tardiness on the day of the trip. 

 

-Dates and times are based on the local time of the service destination (or service location). 

 

-Additional fees may be charged for overseas card payments or overseas bank transfers.

Cancellation and Refund 

Cancellation before the start of the trip: A cancellation fee will be charged based on the time elapsed from the start of the trip. 

- Cancellation made 3 days prior to the start of the trip will result in a 100% refund of the travel fee. 
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the start of the trip, including on the day of the trip, will not be eligible for a refund. 
* For trips departing on weekends, a full refund of the travel fee is available until 23:59 on Wednesday before the weekend. 

 
Cancellation within 48 hours of the start of the trip or no-shows on the day of the trip will be considered a no-show, and may result in a disadvantage for future participation in the event. 

Cancellation during the trip 

No refund will be provided. 

 

Reservation Changes and Cancellation (My Page) 

 

-Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of the reservation (starting from 00:00), but Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the cancellation period. 

 

-Customers who have made a payment through a bank will have their cancellation request received and processed for a refund after confirmation by a responsible party. 

 

-Refunds for card payments may take 3 to 4 business days depending on the card issuer, and bank refunds may take 2 to 3 business days during business hours. 

 

These terms and conditions will apply from March 01, 2023.
