In 2020 " Seodaemun Vivid Cultural Heritage" project, "Seodaemun Historical Adventure" program was again awarded by the Cultural Heritage Administration as an excellent project promoting local cultural assets. The program included a series of mini-concerts with songs about Independence and Seodaemun Prison performance, where actors reenacted the scenes from Korean history. The participants could see the tragedy of 100 years ago with their own eyes, write letters to independence activists, and make paper flowers to commemorate the fight for Independence. The program will also be selected for the " Vivid Cultural Heritage" project in 2021 and more performances, experiences, and online programs are planned to be held in Seodaemun Prison History Hall.
